TMF is a nonprofit. We charge only 15% simple interest on pre-settlement advances and 10% on post-settlement advances, never compounding, ensuring clients keep more of their recovery.
The review process for pre-settlement funding requests takes one business week on average. For post-settlement funding requests, they can be reviewed same-day. If approved, funds can be provided within 1-2 business days.
We coordinate directly with attorneys to confirm case details, but attorneys remain fully in control of legal strategy and outcomes. An attorney does have to acknowledge that they are aware their client is receiving pre- or post- settlement funding.
Funding is non-recourse. Clients owe nothing if their case does not resolve.
