Founded in 2016, the Milestone Foundation provides the only non-profit, consumer litigation funding solution. Over the last 10 years, our mission has focused on ensuring that justice for plaintiffs across the country —not interest—is compounded.
Our growth over the last 10 years reflects the urgent need for fair plaintiff funding. What began in our first year with six plaintiffs has now transformed into a national organization that has funded over 1,000 plaintiffs, ensuring they are able to pursue their case without additional financial strain.
