Rachel has over 15 years' experience leading teams and growing companies. From law firms, startups, legal service companies and non-profits, she excels at building relationships and finding creative ways organizations and individuals can help each other succeed. Rachel graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Political Science and Peace & Justice Studies. She is an active volunteer with Make A Wish, the WNY Women's Foundation, and the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.

Tabitha Woodruff

Tabitha Woodruff has 16 years of experience at nonprofit organizations fighting for civil rights, including serving on the Access to Justice Project at Public Justice, the Civil Rights and Community Integration Team at Disability Rights Ohio, the Domestic Violence Unit at the Legal Aid Society of Columbus, and the Anti-Human Trafficking Department at the Salvation Army of Central Ohio. She is a long-time member of the Ohio Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild.
Tabitha graduated from Wright State University summa cum laude in 2009 and from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2012. She is a member of the Ohio bar and the bar of U.S. Southern District of Ohio.
Tabitha is based out of Cleveland, Ohio, where she enjoys kayaking Lake Erie and collecting Wonder Woman comic books.

Julia graduated from Binghamton University and has previously spent time volunteering with numerous nonprofit organizations, including: Identity, Catholic Charities Food Pantry, and Planned Parenthood Votes. Julia volunteered as a program coordinator, pairing various institutions with educational speakers on topics related to personal and professional development. Her previous experience increased her passion of working in the nonprofit sector.

Shawn graduated from Daemen University with a Summa Cum Laude distinction in Paralegal Studies. He most recently was a Case Manager at the Law Offices of Kenneth Hiller. His experience has fueled his drive to make an impact on society.

Julia graduated from Loyola Marymount University and brings extensive experience and a contagious enthusiasm to her role. Previously, she worked in communications on Capitol Hill as well as in the political fundraising world. Working in the nonprofit sector has always been a goal of hers, and she is eager to connect with attorneys and plaintiffs across the country.
