John has 20 years of diverse experience in the settlement management industry and the civil justice community. A graduate of West Point, John went on to serve for seven years as a U.S. Army Captain and Aviator before starting his career in settlement planning and management. John has tapped into his network of experienced trial lawyers from across the U.S. for advice and guidance, and is proud to have formed The Milestone Foundation.

Amy has participated in the civil justice community for two decades, supporting the American Association for Justice and other public justice events and organizations. Amy has her master’s degree in elementary education, and as a mother of three, she brings family planning experience and perspective.

Rachel has over 15 years' experience leading teams and growing companies. From law firms, startups, legal service companies and non-profits, she excels at building relationships and finding creative ways organizations and individuals can help each other succeed. Rachel graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Political Science and Peace & Justice Studies. She is an active volunteer with Make A Wish, the WNY Women's Foundation, and the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.

Julia graduated from Binghamton University and has previously spent time volunteering with numerous nonprofit organizations, including: Identity, Catholic Charities Food Pantry, and Planned Parenthood Votes. Julia volunteered as a program coordinator, pairing various institutions with educational speakers on topics related to personal and professional development. Her previous experience increased her passion of working in the nonprofit sector.

Shawn graduated from Daemen University with a Summa Cum Laude distinction in Paralegal Studies. He most recently was a Case Manager at the Law Offices of Kenneth Hiller. His experience has fueled his drive to make an impact on society.

Julia graduated from Loyola Marymount University and brings extensive experience and a contagious enthusiasm to her role. Previously, she worked in communications on Capitol Hill as well as in the political fundraising world. Working in the nonprofit sector has always been a goal of hers, and she is eager to connect with attorneys and plaintiffs across the country.
