Last year was our third year providing financial assistance to those who have experienced a catastrophic accident. Our pre-settlement funding helped families with needs such as avoiding eviction, paying a heating bill, repairing a vehicle necessary for doctors appointments, and making home repairs when a natural disaster hit. Here’s a look at our activity in 2019:

• More than $394,000 in loans provided

Since 2017 we have advanced more than $2.3 million to help over 300 families make ends meet while they are going through a lawsuit. The Bairs Foundation is the only non-profit organization to provide fair financial support to plaintiffs while they see their lawsuit through to a just conclusion.
